Epic Global Solutions teams up with Bally’s for RG standards

The duo will develop social media and digital campaigns to offer safe gambling education.
Epic Global Solutions has signed a three-year deal with Bally’s Corporation that is aimed at fostering safe and responsible gaming practices to “make a positive impact on communities.”
Both companies said they share a desire “commitment to create safer and more enjoyable gaming environments” for players.
Part of the collaboration will involve creating digital and social media campaigns that will offer players “clear advice” on potential consequences of gaming and best responsible gambling practices.
The duo plans to provide responsible gaming education materials to “multiple partners” in both the US and in the UK.
Bally’s CEO Robeson Reeves shared the company’s enthusiasm to partner with Epic and develop additional responsible gambling resources.
He commented, “Bally’s and Epic Global Solutions are committed to setting new standards for responsible gaming with a three-year commitment.
“Together, we are creating safer and more enjoyable gaming environments through educating multiple partners in the gaming ecosystem, harnessing the power of Epic’s lived experience approach in both the UK and US.”
Bally’s US employees will have access to bespoke training from Epic’s “lived experience perspective.” The training is designed to help casino floor workers “to make informed decisions and helping them to better engage with customers with their wellbeing and enjoyment in mind.”
Epic Global Solutions Founder and CEO Paul Buck said the company is eager to collaborate with Bally’s.
