QCI announces three-year partnership with Miccosukee Casino & Resort
The new agreement will look to revolutionize host, marketing and slot operations at the property.
Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has agreed to a three-year partnership deal with Miccosukee Casino & Resort with hopes of enhancing the gaming and hospitality industries within the Miami market.

The QCI platform is poised to revolutionize our host, marketing and slot operations, enhancing efficiency while elevating the quality of service and entertainment we offer our valued guests,” Miccosukee Casino & Resort Executive Director of Marketing Amber Saunders said.

The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida first ventured into the gaming industry when it opened the Miccosukee Indian Bingo Hall in 1990.
Nine years later, after finding success and facing high demand, the Tribe established a complete resort and gaming facility including over 1,800 slot machines, 20 live-action poker tables, bingo and entertainment.

QCI’s latest partnership follows recent announcements regarding the company’s new agreements with Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort on August 29 and Nisqually Red Wind Casino on August 21.
