Station Casinos unveils new STN sportsbook at Sunset Station property
The sportsbook officially opened to the public after a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 16.
Station Casinos revealed a new STN sportsbook at its Sunset Station property as part of an ongoing reinvestment through its portfolio of off-strip resorts and neighborhood casinos. The opening was marked with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by General Manager Jordan Seager and VP of Race and Sports Jason McCormick on May 16.
The renovation projects began at Sunset Casino in October 2023, with a temporary sportsbook set up inside the hotel near its Rewards Center.
Seager commented at the time, “We are thrilled to bring our guests an all-new gaming and sports betting offering in the coming months at Sunset Station. For more than 25 years, Sunset Station continues to raise the bar for our Henderson neighbors, this remodel will no doubt offer a best-in-class experience for our guests.”
The new STN sportsbook will feature a 150-ft LED screen wall, tiered VIP seating, lounge areas, unique bar scene, high-definition screens and seamless betting options for guests.
Sunset Station also saw improvements made to its casino floor and the relocation of its High Limits slot room.
Station Casinos has additionally announced plans to open a new location in Henderson, NV, where Sunset Station is positioned, with an opening date unofficially set for March 2025. Its Durango Resort opened recently in the Summerlin, NV area as well.
