Galaxy Gaming reports 2023 results; annual stockholders meeting taking place in May
Current stockholders will be provided with notice prior to the virtual meeting.
Las Vegas’ Galaxy Gaming has will hold its annual stockholders meeting on May 29. This year, the company will conduct its meeting virtually.
Stockholders of record as of April 2 will be eligible to attend this year’s meeting. They will receive notice of the meeting “in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations,” the company said.
Meanwhile, the supplier has reported its Q4 and FY2023 results. For Q4, gross revenue grew 25% year-over-year to $8.4m, while net revenue also went up by 13% to $6.7m.
However, net loss stood at $819,891 for Q4, compared with a net income figure of $55,104 during the same period in 2022.
In other company news, Galaxy Gaming recently appointed Michael Ratner as its new EVP of Product. Part of his responsibilities include overseeing new development in the company’s next-generation table games technology.
Ratner hails from South Africa, where he started his gaming industry career. He held several managerial and technical roles with Sun International at the beginning of his career.
Ratner began working in casino operations after he moved to the US. Since moving to the US, he has focused on building his skill set in product management, game development and casino management systems (CMS) while working with companies that include Atronic, Paltronics, Bally Technologies and Konami.
