The Board of Directors has agreed to issue a payout to shareholders in April.

Table Trac’s Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.01 per share. The supplier has approved this cash dividend amount for the past few quarters.

The board announced that shareholders on record as of April 5 will be eligible for the next payout round.

Company shareholders can expect to receive their next payout by close of business on April 19.

Table Trac has installed CasinoTrac, its casino management system, at Carson City, Nevada’s Cactus Jack’s Casino, as well as at Comstock Casino and at Silver Springs Nugget Casino.

In addition to the company’s growth throughout Nevada, Table Trac recently expanded its US reach into Wisconsin and South Dakota.

The company also installed CasinoTrac at the Golden Buffalo Casino and Motel in South Dakota and at Legendary Waters Resort and Casino, in Bayfield, Wisconsin. The casino management system will continue to monitor and automate daily operations throughout Golden Buffalo.

Table Trac President Chad Hoehne said regarding the recent deployments, “CasinoTrac’s full featured online CMS system for customer-facing and back of the house casino operations is gaining a reputation for reliability and value for casino operators."

In September 2023, Hoehne spoke exclusively to Gaming America about the future of cashless and mobile gaming.
