Multiplay has become the latest iGaming studio to join the Scientific Games (SG) Content Hub.
Scientific Games services 150 lotteries across 50 countries, now including Multiplay. The Malta-based Game Studio can now offer its original iLottery content to a wider range of consumers, in a bid to help expand its reach into North American markets. Multiplay’s gaming roaster includes titles such as Poker County, Jackpot Aviator and Casino Spades.
Founded in 2019, Multiplay offers interactive single and multiplayer online betting options. Co-Founder Cosmin Pachiu commented on the partnership, saying, “We’re delighted to begin this exclusive long-term partnership with Scientific Games’ and the SG Content Hub Partner Program. This exciting new platform will allow us to provide lotteries in the World Lottery Association and North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries with our innovative iLottery game content and mechanics.”
Back in October, Scientific Games also partnered up with Abacus to offer lottery solutions that are now available to purchase in stores. Lottery tickets can be purchased both at self-checkouts and manned counters of selected stores.
Scientific Games is an iGaming studio that produces its own online betting solutions in-house, as well as offering customers game content from other external studios on the SG Content Hub. VP of Digital Games at Scientific Games, Steve Hickson, said, “Multiplay Gaming’s deep portfolio and their ability to bring forward single and multiplayer games in styles lottery players love – including Bingo and Keno – make them a strong addition to our program.”
This development comes days after Scientific Games announced a strategic reorganization of its legal and public policy terms, in the wake of CLO Dena Rosenzweig’s retirement.
