The casino, based in Seabrook, New Hampshire, is one of the largest charity casinos in the US.

The Brook has welcomed 175 Exacta Connect powered terminals at its New Hampshire casino, having been completed by Exacta Systems.

Exacta Systems focuses primarily on the delivery of historic horseracing (HHR) technologies. It is owned by Churchill Downs, who in its Q4 2023 report generated $235.3m from live and historic horseracing – a growth of $54.4m year-over-year.

The Exacta Connect-powered terminals will host a variety of games from suppliers including Everi, AGS, Light & Wonder and IGT. On the installation, VP of Sales and Revenue for Exacta Systems Jeff Clifford said, "We are thrilled to introduce these incredible games on the Connect System. The Brook is a first-class partner and we look forward to many years of great success together."

The Brook is a charity casino, being the US’ only 100% employee-owned hospitality company. Developed by Eureka Casinos, The Brook CEO Andre Carrier explained the potential of charity casinos in the US in an interview with Gaming America Magazine, stating, “In 2013, at The Brook we raised over $8m – and over $16m since 2019.

“What if the largest charity casino in America raising upwards of $8m a year for essential charities was 100% employee-owned? The remaining beneficiaries of the performance of that business were the long-term retirement and benefits of the men and women who work there. That’s The Brook.”

We also spoke with Carrier on The Huddle.

On the installation, Carrier said, "As the region's premier destination casino, The Brook strives to offer players the best, most dynamic and exciting games. With the addition of Exacta Connect, we now have an even wider selection of game manufacturers and titles."
