The two will work together to distribute the SmartRack casino analytics solution.

Global advisory and consultancy firm SCCG Management has partnered with Black Box Intelligence to distribute the SmartRack casino analytics solution worldwide.

SCCG Management said in a statement, “This partnership between SCCG Management and Black Box Intelligence is poised to set a new standard in casino analytics, offering unparalleled insights and operational efficiencies to casinos worldwide.”

SmartRack is designed to streamline casino floor management processes by offering AI and ML-driven, real-time data analytics for player behavior and chip counting. This technology does not require RFID chip conversions, which can aid in cutting down the cost of casino floor management.

SCCG Management Founder and CEO Stephen Crystal said signing this deal with Black Box falls in line with the company’s desire to further enhance technology in the gaming industry.

He commented, "Our collaboration with Black Box Intelligence to distribute SmartRack marks a pivotal moment in the gambling sector. This initiative showcases our dedication to advancing innovation across the industry and delivering state-of-the-art technologies to a global market.

“It aims to transform operational efficiencies, enrich gaming experiences and drive higher profitability. SmartRack is a clear indication of our commitment to leading the industry towards a technologically sophisticated, data-informed future.”

In other company news, SCCG Management recently signed an agreement with the daily fantasy sports platform (DFS), Flex Fantasy. The company said that this agreement “signifies a major expansion of SCCG's vast network of top-tier products, platforms and solutions in the gambling sector.”

Flex Fantasy's platform offers sports fans real-money games in several US states. Players can access features like Best Ball, which places the best players into line-up slots by auto-filling the spaces. The platform also offers Head 2 Head games that are designed to mimic a player’s starting lineup.
