He is the fifth executive to leave Fontainebleau since its opening.

Fontainebleau has bid farewell to another executive, according to a recent local news report in the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Former Fontainebleau President Mark Tricano has left the company and has joined Station Casinos as its SVP of Operations.

This departure follows the recent installment of Maurice Wooden as Fontainebleau’s President. Wooden stepped into the role last month.

However, Tricano is no stranger to Station Casinos. He served as the General Manager at the Red Rock Hotel Casino from 2012 to 2015.

Station Casinos President Scott Kreeger released a statement welcoming Tricano back to the company.

He commented, “Mark is a talented casino executive who not only knows our company well, but his extensive operations and analytics background will bring immense value to our organization.

“We are thrilled to welcome him back to the family and look forward to his contributions.”

A representative at Fontainebleau wished Tricano luck in his new position.

Since its opening in December, Fontainebleau has lost several executives, including COO Colleen Birch, CMO Shane Smith and VP of Revenue Management Angie Dobney. The resort also parted ways with SVP of Casino Operations Michael Clifford not long after its opening.

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas sits on 25 acres and is home to a 150,000-square-foot casino. The gaming floor features 1,300 slot machines and 128 table games, along with 18,000 square feet reserved for high-limit gaming. This area includes a slot area with three table games and nearly 105 slots.

Players in the high-limit area have access to blackjack, baccarat and European roulette. Fontainebleau also offers players a 14,000-square-foot sportsbook.
