They will bring a new oyster bar and restaurant to the Atlantic City casino.

Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort has teamed up with celebrated chef and restaurateur, Michael Schulson to add two new fine-casual concepts to the boardwalk resort’s lineup.

Through the partnership, the casino resort will see a Pearl & Mary oyster bar and a Samuel’s restaurant that will open on the lobby level across from The Park later this year.

Ocean Casino Resort General Manager Bill Callahan said the resort is eager to work with Schulson during the duo’s long-term collaboration.

He commented, "We are thrilled to welcome Pearl & Mary and Samuel's into Ocean's portfolio of dining venues as we venture into a long-term partnership with Michael Schulson.”

Those looking for a variety of cocktails, mixed crudos and seafood dishes will have plenty of options to choose from at Pearl & Mary. The bar will offer guests bespoke dishes that have been inspired by a coastal theme.

The Samuel’s location will offer patrons an American-Jewish inspired menu that includes signature sandwiches, salads, baked breads and pastries.

Schulson shared his excitement to collaborate with Ocean Casino Resort and bring additional dining options to its guests.

He commented, "Having opened my first restaurant in Atlantic City more than 15 years ago, it's apropos to be returning to the shore to work with Ocean, starting with these two incredible projects.

"The team at this property is first class and I look forward to opening additional concepts with them in the future."

Both locations are expected to open in the current Harper's and Sky Café spaces before this summer. Harpers will relocate to a larger space near Starbucks on the casino floor.
