The destination will implement QCI Power Pack and its AI capabilities.

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has expanded its ongoing partnership with Buffalo Run Casino & Resort. Under the terms of the amended agreement, Buffalo Run will begin utilizing QCI’s Power Pack, along with its AI technology “to elevate guest satisfaction and bolster profitability.”

Buffalo Run Casino & Resort General Manager Mary Jewett further discussed the shared goals both companies aim to reach together and explained the duo’s mutually beneficial relationship.

She commented, "QCI has been an invaluable tool for our Marketing and Player Development initiatives. It has empowered our team at various levels to take pointed action and truly use all of our resources, including our own time, to the best of our ability.

“We have been able to make large strides toward goals that previously seemed unrealistic for a team the size of ours, and with the impending Power Pack rollout, this will only get better."

The duo will work together to anticipate guest preferences by leveraging both their data and analytics. QCI described the Power Pack’s adoption as “a significant step in harnessing the power of technology” to achieve the partnership’s shared goal.

QCI CTO Andrew Cardno said that the company is excited to continue its work with Buffalo Run and commended the destination for its commitment to offering its guest quality experiences.

He said in closing, "We are deeply honored to continue our relationship with Buffalo Run Casino & Resort. Their forward-thinking approach and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences align perfectly with our mission at QCI. Together, we aim to set new benchmarks in the industry."
