Golden Nugget Biloxi, a 700+ room casino resort in the Gulf of Mexico, recently underwent a $100m renovation. Following on from this renovation the casino resort has announced plans to open a new retail sportsbook area in January of next year, with DraftKings Sportsbook to become the retail sportsbook featured in the new space.
Currently, Golden Nugget Biloxi’s retail sportsbook is powered by DraftKings technology and products, with many features overlapping with the DraftKings Sportsbook app. Examples include Michael Patrick’s Sports Bar & Grill Sportsbook and kiosks, which currently use the company’s tech to operate its back-end sports betting services.
With the renovated retail sportsbook area, which will be created using a part of the location's former buffet, Golden Nugget Biloxi guests will be able to utilize 17 live betting kiosks and five betting windows. There is also set to be a viewing area with three video walls comprised of high-tech LED screens.

Sportsbook services will remain open to guests during the construction of the DraftKings Sportsbook space at the current Sportsbook and kiosks.
