With 14 years of experience in the gaming industry, Alicia Hawkins’ appointment to the role of Gaming Business Intelligence Manager at Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) comes with extensive experience, expertise and insights.
QCI is a San Diego-based company Co-founded by Dr. Ralph Thomas and Andrew Cardno in 2020. It is known for creating the QCI AGI Platform, an artificial intelligence platform designed to integrate player development, marketing, and gaming operations with industry-specific real-time tools. The software is currently deployed in over 150 casinos across the world including the US and LatAm, and is viable with on-premises, hybrid or cloud-based operators.

As an Ivy League-trained data analytics leader with over a decade of industry experience, Hawkins (pictured) is stepping into her new position with a wide breadth of knowledge. Having begun her career as a slot operations analyst for tribal casinos, she then moved on to Boyd Corporate, with responsibilities in database management and data quality control. Most recently at Everi Holding Inc, she worked further in analytics, delivering data-driven solutions to a wide variety of establishments in the gaming market.
