Push Gaming enters LatAm via Skywind collaboration

Push Gaming partnering with Colombian operator Skywind as LatAm iGaming market grows.

These past few months have seen multiple opportunities for growth effect Maltese game development studio Push Gaming, after being acquired by MGM Resorts subsidiary LeoVegas earlier this year. Now, the B2B game supplier is initiating its own growth, with its partnership with Colombian regional operator Skywind.

Colombia, much like Push Gaming’s home country of Malta, is a rapidly growing industry for iGaming, being the first LatAm country to legalize online gambling. Skywind, as one of the area's leading operators, is now expected to be able to provide its players with a wide range of games and experiences via Push Gaming’s products. This will be the first time many of these products enter the region, giving Skywind a notable boost in this burgeoning market.

The collaboration is expected to be the first of more to come for Push Gaming across the LatAm market, as regulated Latin American jurisdictions continue to grow. On the issue, Director of New Business and Markets, Fiona Hickey, said: “We are incredibly excited to be working with Skywind. This agreement marks the beginning of our expansion in the regulated Colombian market and will initiate more growth across LatAm.”

Push Gaming creates HTML5 games for a variety of online and mobile casinos around the world. Notable works from the studio include Razor Shark, Jammin’ Jars, and Big Bamboo among others. “Our customers demand quality entertainment with engaging features, so integrating Push Gaming’s innovative and expansive portfolio of titles into our existing offering seems like a perfect partnership”, said Skywind partner MegApuesta CEO Juan Puerta.

Further development of the LatAm iGaming market seems likely to continue, with this partnership in Colombia being just one example of global businesses bolstering this growing industry.
