The new company will be a global compliance and integrity solution within the sports betting industry.

Odds On Compliance and US Integrity recently announced plans to merge into the gaming industry’s first integrity and global compliance solution.

Both companies believe that combining into one group “will create a powerhouse of expertise, innovation and comprehensive solutions; for betting operators and professional and collegiate sports organizations in the ever-evolving world of sports betting and gambling compliance.”

US Integrity CEO Matt Holt said the group is eager to link arms with Odds On Compliance and move forward as one entity.

He said, "We are thrilled to unite the strengths of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance to create a firm that is poised to redefine the standards of excellence in the sports betting and gambling compliance industry."

Holt is to be appointed to the role of CEO of the combined company.

Odds On Compliance CEO Eric Frank, who is to be named President of the combined company, echoed similar sentiments regarding the merger and noted that both companies’ strengths could potentially create better quality products for players.

He commented, "This merger is a testament to our joint commitment to helping the industry navigate the complexities of this rapidly growing and highly regulated sector.

“This fusion of strengths will enable us to offer a comprehensive suite of compliance and integrity technology products and services.”

The merger follows past collaboration between both companies. The duo joined forces in a joint venture to create a prohibited bettor solution called ProhiBet, which allows sportsbook operators to ensure that players, athletes, coaches and staff follow the appropriate sports betting regulations.
