Camelot Illinois rebranded as Allwyn North America

The name change is part of the continuing integration of Camelot Lotteries Solutions into Allwyn, which purchased Camelot earlier this year.

Continuing its integration of the Camelot Lotteries Solutions group of companies, the multi-national lottery operator Allwyn announced that Camelot Illinois has been rebranded as Allwyn North America.

Allwyn acquired the Camelot family of companies earlier this year. Allwyn has eyes on investing more in the North American market – and this Camelot rebrand is hoped to help Allwyn achieve greater brand recognition in North America.

Robert Chvátal, CEO of Allwyn Group, said, “North America is an important market for Allwyn, where we see strong potential for future growth. Our entry into the North America builds upon Allwyn’s strong track record of successfully operating lotteries across Europe, delivering value to our customers, focusing on player protection and growing lottery returns to communities.

"Camelot Illinois and Allwyn share the same passion for generating more for good causes, and today marks an exciting step in our continued journey to achieve this under the Allwyn brand.”

Allwyn North America is a full-service lottery operator, supplier and business partner to American lotteries. It helps lotteries by providing technology and services, as well as content. It is the primate manager of the Illinois Lottery and works in partnership with the state Department of Lottery.

Allwyn North America is a subsidiary of Allwyn, which operates in multiple countries, including Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, the UK and the US.
