Di Chio has previously spent nine years with Kambi in legal and compliance roles.

Tommaso Di Chio has been named Chief Legal and Compliance Officer by Strive Gaming, after nine years working with Kambi. Strive is a player account management (PAM) provider within North America, live in Colorado, Arizona, Ontario, as well as currently seeking licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Di Chio comes to Strive Gaming from his last role as SVP of Legal, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance and Group Deputy General Counsel with Kambi, which he held since 2021, after progressing from both Associate General Counsel and Senior Legal and Regulatory Counsel roles within the organization.

Max Meltzer, Strive Gaming CEO, said, “The legal and regulatory landscape in North America continues to evolve at pace so it’s vital that we have a team of highly experienced specialists to help navigate these often-choppy waters.

“In Tommaso, we have the perfect person to oversee all legal and compliance activity at Strive, and to lead and grow our teams. This is an important hire for us and will help us to continue to strengthen our position as the leading PAM provider in North America and beyond.”

As well as overseeing all of Strive Gaming’s legal matters, Di Chio will be part of the company’s aim to grow and strengthen both its legal and compliance teams. Di Chio’s experience with negotiating in ‘high-stakes’ agreements, as well as his ability to work with major industry personnel including lawmakers, stakeholders and regulators, will prepare him for the role.

Di Chio said, “I’m all about pulling together the smarts from regulators, lawmakers and folks in the industry to make gaming not just a money-maker, but also something we can be proud of. I’m thrilled to be joining Strive Gaming on its journey – a journey that we are in together, every step of the way.”
