Malta-based online gambling company Unibet on Thursday said it has expanded its partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles, becoming the National Football League team’s official sportsbook partner.
Unibet previously was designated as the official casino partner of the Eagles. That partnership was announced in November 2019. During the offseason, the NFL amended its rules to allow “official sportsbook partner” designations.
“We are excited to grow our existing partnership with Unibet through new opportunities and initiatives,” Catherine Carlson, Senior Vice President of Revenue and Strategy for the Eagles, said in a statement. “It has been rewarding to work with Unibet over the past year and we look forward to a successful future with them.”
“For us, this is an exciting add-on to a very successful working relationship,” said Arnas Janickas, VP Marketing US for the Kindred Group. “This means we can extend our collaboration with the Philadelphia Eagles and provide their fans with unique, innovative experiences throughout our partnership, which we hope will last for a long time.”
Kindred Group, also based in Malta, operates Unibet and 10 other gaming brands.
