Global network solutions provider Continent 8 Technologies has announced an expansion into the Latin American market.

The move to Latin America will begin with the launch of its cloud solution in Colombia next month, with Uruguay and Argentina set to follow in the near future.

Continent 8 already operates in Dublin, Malta, Montreal, Taiwan, Atlantic City and the Isle of Man, with its client portfolio comprising several of the world’s biggest online gaming brands.

The company’s global network spans over 60 locations throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe, with the latest strategic expansion set to see that number grow significantly.

“This is a very exciting, strategically significant step for Continent 8, and great news for the online gaming sector in Latin America,” said LatAm general manager Gabriel Szlaifsztein.

"We are far more than a technology provider because we have such a wealth of knowledge, experience, and industry contacts that we can also act as advisers and introducers to key players in the industry.

“We know online gaming inside and out. Our reputation for operating in strongly regulated jurisdictions is respected by regulators, and that is an important factor in clients choosing to work with us. We’re really looking forward to delivering the same expertise and experience to Latin America.”
