Casino guests can anticipate a new loyalty program along with the installation.

Four Jacks Hotel & Casino has chosen to implement Table Trac’s CasinoTrac casino management system. The destination will also kick off a new loyalty program as part of the installation.

By incorporating CasinoTrac’s CMS, Four Jacks can streamline its operations into one unified marketing platform. The location will be able to consolidate both accounting and TITO into a single wire, increasing overall efficiency.

Four Jacks Hotel and Casino owner and operator Derrick Jack commented, “We are excited to work with CasinoTrac. Launching our first player club will provide additional benefits and a new level of service to our loyal players.”

CasinoTrac can be adapted to suit multiple entertainment and gaming environments, including those that are considered Class III gaming centers, which offer players access to game terminals that have the look and feel of slot machines.

Table Trac President Chad Hoehne said, “We have been working hard to provide CasinoTrac's value and reliability to our system clients in northern Nevada since 2016; it’s always exciting to add another partner.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to earn their business. The Four Jacks team is strong, a knowledgeable operating group – we appreciate their confidence in CasinoTrac and our team.”

Table Trac also recently signed a deal with Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior to replace a competitor’s system with the company’s CasinoTrac casino management system. The company will install CasinoTrac at Legendary Waters Resort and Casino, in Bayfield, Wisconsin.

In addition to the company’s deal with Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior, Table Trac has expanded its US reach into South Dakota, by installing CasinoTrac at the Golden Buffalo Casino and Motel.

The casino management system will continue to monitor and automate daily operations throughout Golden Buffalo.
