Dynamic Gaming Solutions Revives Forgotten FAA Building for New Headquarters in Oklahoma City

DGS CEO Mark Larson has completed 15 successful historic restoration projects.

In a bold move signaling robust growth and a dedication to the local market, Dynamic Gaming Solutions (DGS) is proud to announce its strategic decision to consolidate its Oklahoma City operations, bringing new life to the historic building located at 5300 S. Portland Ave.  The expansive mid-century gem boasts a substantial footprint of 117,000 sqft, and is set to become the central hub for all DGS’s local OKC operations.  To maximize operational efficiency, the company will bring its multiple local offices and warehouses together under a single roof.

Originally designed as a showroom for the Federal Aviation Administration in 1963/64, the nearly forgotten building later became a distribution hub for AkzoNobel, the renowned Dutch paint and chemical manufacturer. In subsequent years, a segment of the site was also leased by Fresenius Dialysis. However, for nearly three decades, the vast building remained largely unnoticed, with only a faint trace of occupancy. Mark Larson, CEO of Dynamic Gaming Solutions, notes:"Despite its rich past, this grand old building was fading into obscurity. It's an honor for DGS to breathe life back into such a significant piece of Oklahoma City's architectural legacy." DGS's commitment to this new headquarter location reflects more than just a corporate expansion. It embodies the core values that have distinguished the company in the gaming sector. Larson, apart from his leadership at DGS, also has a rich history with Larson Development. With over 15 successful historic restoration projects to its name, Larson Development has revitalized over a million square feet of historic property. Mark's fervor for preserving such sites aligns seamlessly with DGS's latest move.

For those who've passed by this massive structure over the years, its transformation will be a testament to Oklahoma City's enduring spirit and resilience. The once-forgotten building will not only symbolize Dynamic Gaming Solutions's growth trajectory but will stand as a beacon of renewed energy and potential for the entire city.
