Mohegan Inspire promotes Chen Si to President and appoints Wade Howk as COO

Howk has previously worked as CFO and Interim President for Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati.

Mohegan Inspire has announced the promotion of Chen Si to the role of President and Wade Howk has been appointed to COO.

In his new role as President, Chen Si will oversee strategic budget and business plans. Si will also serve as the company's Representative Director and lead the company's external relationships with government agencies and business partners.

Chen has previously worked for McKinsey and Las Vegas Sands, and has a background in strategic development and international marketing.

Before being appointed as COO at Mohegan Inspire, Howk had worked as CFO and Interim President for Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati and Corporate VP of Strategy for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

As COO, Howk will serve as ‘the second in command at the property and assist the President, Chen Si, in carrying out his duties’. Howk's main responsibilities will include leading reports to ensure smooth operations and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. He will also work closely with governmental and business partners to coordinate efforts.
