The casino will partner with the restaurant chain to bring live rock music and sports betting to its guests.

Rock & Brews has partnered with the Forrest County Potawatomi Community to bring the restaurant concept to Wisconsin residents in early 2024. Rock musicians Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons from the world-famous KISS will collaborate with Potawatomi Casino and Hotel Carter to expand the brand’s reach throughout the state.

The Rock & Brews will offer its guests music on a live band stage, along with 15 televisions and a double-sided bar facing both the casino floor and restaurant. In addition to live entertainment, patrons can also place sports wagers within the restaurant.

Potawatomi Casinos and Hotels CEO Dominic Ortiz said the company is eager to give Wisconsin music fans a live entertainment venue.

He commented, “We are ecstatic to bring these rock ‘n’ roll legends and their outstanding dining concept, to Wisconsin.

“Their presence at our casino in Milwaukee has been electrifying and we know they will bring the same energy to Carter.”

Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter is home to more than 400 slot and video machines, as well as to high-stakes bingo.

Rock & Brews CEO and Partner Adam Goldberg shared his enthusiasm to team up with the Tribal community and said the new restaurant is scheduled to open early next year.

He said, “We are proud to continue our partnership with the Forrest County Potawatomi Community with a second Rock & Brews location in Wisconsin.

“We enjoyed getting to know the Carter community through the summer concert events and can’t wait to welcome them into our restaurant early next year for the full Rock & Brews experience.”
