Former ESPN Radio Co-Host and reality television star Brett Raymer will open another Stallone’s restaurant location in Las Vegas later this month, according to a local report in the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The latest eatery is located at the Sante Fe Station next to the STN Sports Book.
The new restaurant will have a 35-person seating capacity and will be home to a décor of sports collectibles curated by Raymer.
“Fans will be able to buy autographed and non-autographed memorabilia and artwork right off the wall,” Raymer told the Review-Journal.
The Sante Fe Station Stallone’s location will offer its patron a variety of menu items that include garlic knots and signature meatballs, known as house specialties. Customers can experience a “taste of Brooklyn” by ordering pizza by the slice or by the pie, as well as lasagna sandwiches and the Raiders Special, Knights Special and Aces Special sports-themed hero sandwiches.
Raymer co-owns Stallone’s Italian Eatery and opened its first location at the beginning of 2022. In addition to his appearances on ESPN, Raymer starred on the Animal Planet reality television series “Tanked,” which followed Raymer, his family members and his employees throughout Acrylic Tank Manufacturing. The Vegas-based business builds specialty custom fish tanks for businesses and for celebrities.
“Tanked” aired for 15 seasons, with its last run ending in 2018.
Santa Fe Station is located in northern Las Vegas. The casino resort features a 13-screen movie theater, a Chrome Showroom and 60 bowling lanes, in addition to its dining and gaming amenities.
