FanDuel has appointed Alison Kutler as the online sportsbook’s new VP of Sustainability & Responsible Gaming. Kutler’s role will be to head the company’s responsible gaming (RG) strategies and efforts, as well as its sustainability commitments, as per FanDuel parent company, Flutter’s, Positive Impact Plan.

Kutler most recently held the role of SVP of Global Government Affairs for Dapper Labs from 2021 until her appointment with FanDuel. Dapper Labs develops blockchain-based collectibles and digital experiences.

Her previous experience as SVP of Government Affairs-Americas for Visa, a role as Chief of the Consumer of Governmental Affairs Bureau, Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission and Director of the US Department of Commerce’s Trade Advocacy Center have also prepared her for this position where compliance, responsibility and upholding regulation will be key.

Christian Genetski, FanDuel President, said, "We are very fortunate to have a professional of Alison's caliber join our team in this critical role at such an important time for our company and the industry.

“Alison has had a distinguished career including 25 years' experience in high-level government and private sector roles leading business, regulatory, policy and public affairs strategies."

Kutler also has a Juris Doctorate from Stanford University’s School of Law and a BA in Government from Georgetown University.
