Players in Mississippi can now place bets through CONTACT Sports and Race Book.

IGT has implemented its PlaySports technology at Mississippi’s Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi. As part of the agreement, Palace Casino Resort has also utilized the IGT PlaySports' trading advisory team for its knowledge and services.

Casino resort guests now have access to CONTACT Sports and Race Book. Players can place wagers through IGT PlaySports’ four self-service kiosks or by visiting the casino’s four walk-up betting windows.

Palace Casino Resort General Manager Keith Crosby said that the collaboration creates an opportunity for company growth.

He commented, "Elevating the CONTACT Sports and Race Book with IGT PlaySports technology and services positions us for continued growth and supports our mission of delivering high-quality gaming experiences to our Palace Casino Resort guests.

"With football season just two months away, we could not be more excited for the sportsbook offering that we've created in partnership with IGT, and we're confident it will bring incremental visitation and excitement to Palace Casino Resort."

IGT has successfully installed PlaySports at other Mississippi casinos. The company recently deployed its software at Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel in Biloxi. The destination also recently converted its retail sportsbook into a compatible PlaySports solution.

IGT President of Sports Betting Joe Asher said, "IGT PlaySports has a successful track record in powering sportsbooks across Mississippi, and we're excited to extend that momentum with Palace Casino Resort in advance of the fall sports calendar.

"We look forward to working with Palace Casino Resort to maximize player acquisition and engagement opportunities and reap the many benefits of an IGT PlaySports-powered sportsbook."
