Geolocation technology company GeoComply has received Tennessee supplier registration, which will allow the state’s sports betting operators to enable GeoComply compliance solutions.
Tennessee aims to launch sports betting by 1 November.
Gabrielle Angle, Manager, Compliance and Legal Affairs at GeoComply, said: “We are excited to be registered to service our clients and partners in Tennessee, a state that's extremely passionate about sports. The GeoComply team is ready to support the deployment of online sports betting as quickly as the state can launch live operations.”
Earlier this week the Tennessee regulators approved conditional licenses for FanDuel, DraftKings and BetMGM.
GeoComply operates in 44 US states where it provides geolocation services in compliance with state and federal regulations.
