Hall has progressed from COO-Hospitality, to COO-Casino, to now GM of the resort and casino at San Manuel.

Kenji Hall has been named Yaamava’ Resort & Casino’s new General Manager by The San Manuel Entertainment Authority. The role was previously held by Peter Arceo, who served as the Chief Gaming Officer for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians (the Tribe) since May.

Hall started with San Manuel Casino in 2017 as COO-Hospitality, which included leading a total renovation of Bear Springs Hotel in San Bernadino, California. He was also named COO-Casino, during which he played a large part in both the opening and rebranding of Yaamava.’

Hall’s predecessor Arceo said, "Kenji's expertise in hotel, food and beverage, marketing and gaming operations make him ideally qualified for leading the next generation of service excellence at Yaamava.' He and his team will continue to drive our competitive positioning of Yaamava' as a casino resort destination in California.”

Hall, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, said, “I am grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue the Yaamava' legacy.

“It is an honor to serve the Tribe in this capacity. The Tribe's mission, vision and values and our commitment to team members are the key elements in growing our market and delivering exceptional experiences for our valued guests.”

Yaamava’ casino has expanded to include over 7,200 slot machines, 165 tables and five high-limit rooms during Hall’s time as COO, including six world-premiere and first-to-market slots.

Hall is also responsible for inspiring a "team first" workplace culture that values excellence, resulting in Yaamava' receiving the Great Place to Work® certification two years in a row.
