The agreement gives the company exclusive rights to offer EZ Baccarat to US, UK and Canadian players.

Las Vegas-based Galaxy Gaming has signed an agreement with The Talisman Group LLC to gain exclusive distribution rights throughout the US, Canada and the UK for EZ Baccarat. The deal will take effect September 9 2023.

EZ Baccarat was developed by Talisman Group’s Robin Powell and Francisco “TJ” Tejeda. Since its creation, the no-commission baccarat game has been installed in more than 140 casinos around the world.

Galaxy Gaming President and CEO Todd Cravens described the deal as a company milestone, and said partnering with The Talisman Group is a key step in the company’s evolution.

He commented, “This agreement is another example of our commitment to delivering the best table game content to everyone, everywhere.

“EZ Baccarat is the world’s leading baccarat brand and we’re thrilled that it will become part of our robust catalog of games and side bets. To every casino currently offering EZ Baccarat, we commit to a seamless transition and look forward to supporting you with our best-in-class service.”

Talisman Group Principal Robin Powell said the company hopes to continue its business relationship with Galaxy Gaming beyond the initial deal.

Powell said, “We very pleased to have an agreement with Galaxy Gaming as our next distributor and look forward to working closely with them in the future.”

Galaxy Gaming develops and distributes games, technology and bonusing systems to both online and land-based casinos around the world. Its Progress Gaming Partners subsidiary is a global licensor of proprietary table games for the online gaming industry.

The company is currently developing its newest iteration of Triton Casino Systems and estimates additional updates will be available later this year.
