Jackpocket, the top lottery app in the US, is now available in Nebraska, its 16th state.
A lottery courier service, Jackpocket purchases lottery tickets on behalf of its customers from official lottery retailers. Jackpocket’s platform allows players to place ticket orders, view and image of their tickets, and get notified if they win.
With its expansion to Nebraska, residents there now can play Powerball, Mega Millions, Lucky for Life, Pick 3 and Pick 5 from their mobile phone, table or computer. Jackpocket is offering all Nebraskans 19 or older their first lottery ticket for free on the app. New players can receive a $2 lottery ticket by entering the code NEBRASKA at the checkout on their first order.
Peter Sullivan, Jackpocket Founder and CEO, said, "The Jackpocket team is excited to offer Nebraskans – long-time lottery players and new players alike – an easy and accessible way to play. We're committed to making the lottery safe, convenient, and fun. With 29 lottery millionaires and counting on Jackpocket, we're looking forward to meeting our first big winner in the Cornhusker State!"
Proceeds from the Nebraska Lottery go towards education, the environment, the Nebraska State Fair and compulsive gamblers assistance.
Since 1993, the Nebraska Lottery has contributed more than $923m to the state. Jackpocket will broaden access to the lottery, helping to drive state revenue while also introducing the lottery to a new audience. More than 67% of Jackpocket users are 18 to 45 years old.
Other locations where Jackpocket is available are Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington DC, and West Virginia. Jackpocket players have won almost $300m in total lottery prizes using the platform. Twenty-nine players have won prizes of $1m or more.
