The affiliate will provide sports betting and iGaming content to the local news site.

Affiliate XLMedia has signed a three-year extension with Schneps Media to continue as the exclusive provider of sports betting and iGaming content on amNewYork.

The extension follows an initial two-year deal. Under the agreement, XLMedia will supply Schneps with betting content, manage commercial deals with regulated sportsbooks, and establish an educational and iGaming content hub on the local news site amNewYork.

Kevin Duffey, President of XLMedia North America, said, “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Schneps Media and amNewYork and believe this will provide another important revenue opportunity for both businesses.

"The deal is another great win for the team and continues to move us towards our strategic direction to expand our North America footprint and drive iGaming in select markets.”

Operated by Schneps, amNewYork is a news site in New York City. XLMedia is a media organization listed on the London Stock Exchange under the trading ticker XLM.L.

Joshua Schneps, Schneps Media CEO, said, “We are delighted with the success from our partnership over the last two years and thrilled to continue in the years to come. The collaboration and commitment from the XLMedia team has been exceptional.”

XLMedia believes its new deal furthers its position in the North American market in partnering with publishers across the US and Canada.

Cody Darwick, Senior Director of Media Partnerships for XLMedia, said, “We are excited to announce the three-year extension of our partnership with Schneps Media. The partnership has been a success from the start and we look forward to working with the great team at Schneps as the sports betting and online gaming continues to evolve in the US.”
