Affinity International appoints Halise Ekmen Uysal as new CFO

Uysal will begin the role with immediate effect.

Affinity International (AI) has announced that Halise Ekmen Uysal has been appointed as its new CFO.

Ekmen Uysal has over 20 years of finance and leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Chief Finance, Strategy and Transformation Officer for the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, which included the Chumash Casino Resort as well as other venues. She also has 12 years of experience working at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in a variety of finance roles. 

CEO of Affinity Interactive Andrei Scrivens said of Ekmen Uysal’s appointment, “Halise is an accomplished finance executive across the gaming and hospitality industries, and we are excited to welcome her to AI as our new CFO. Her track record of driving sustainable financial results while building high-performing, diverse teams will benefit all of AI's businesses and help us execute on our strategic priorities.”

Chairman of Affinity Interactive James J Zenni Jr was also complimentary of the appointment of Ekmen Uysal saying, "I’m confident her two decades of diverse finance experience and extensive business acumen will be valuable across the organization as AI builds on its positive momentum, delivers customer experiences and drives continued growth.”

Ekmen Uysal spoke of her excitement going into the role, “Affinity Interactive is at the forefront of gaming innovation with a unique portfolio of technology, digital and media assets, and I look forward to joining the talented and hard-working team.
