Playmaker Capital’s Futbol Sites reaffirms LatAm women’s sports through media partnership

The company represents the National Women's Championship as an official media partner.

Playmaker Capital’s Futbol Sites has been named the National Women’s Championship 2023 media partner, as well as a partner for two professional teams, Unversidad de Chile and for Colo Colo. The championship is a Chilean women’s football tournament.

As an official media streaming partner for the teams, Futbol Sites will lead the collaborations and livestream productions through its Chile-based media property, Redgol. The company said it has “leveraged its YouTube channel to deliver football fans livestreams of select tournament matches and provide in-game and post-game analysis.”

Futbol Sites Country Manager, Chile, Paulina Agüero said the group is pleased to be involved in the continuing development of the tournament.

He commented: “At Futbol Sites we’re very proud to contribute to the evolution of women’s sports.

“We have strong conviction that by giving visibility to additional disciplines, new sponsors and brand partnerships will emerge to support female athletes, elevate competition, and improve playing conditions. As a media partner, we have a great responsibility to showcase these developments.”

Playmaker Capital is a digital sports media company with a focus on intersecting betting, sports, technology and media.

It is based in Toronto, Ontario. Its platform is currently live in 21 states throughout the US, as well as the District of Columbia and in the Canadian province of Ontario. The company is poised to soon add several more states to the roster, including Ohio, Maine, Maryland and Massachusetts.

Playmaker properties has gained more than 106 million followers on social media through various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch, according to its latest progress report.
