IGT PlaySports technology comes to Meskwaki Bing Casino

The casino will join over 80 US venues powered by IGT

International Game Technology (IGT) have announced that its PlaySports technology is powering retail sports betting at Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel in Tama, Iowa.

Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel guests can now place a range of bets at the casino's betting window or via sportsbooks self-service PlaySports QuickBet Kiosks.

Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel now joins a list of over 80 venues across the US that has sports betting powered by IGT. The casino, opened in 1992, has over 1300 slot machines, 25 live seat tables and a 550-seat bingo parlor. 

Speaking of the new deal, Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel General Manager, Scott Sirois said, "With the support of the IGT PlaySport team and technology, Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel created a magnificent sportsbook that offers incremental value to our guests and added excited and visitation to our property."

Meskwaki Casino celebrates its proud Native American heritage throughout the facility. This is something that Sirois referenced when discussing the new partnership with IGT saying, "IGT has proven its skill and versatility in helping tribal casinos in the US build high-performing sportsbooks and we are confident that IGT will aid us in maximizing this opportunity."

IGT President of Sports Betting, Joe Asher, reiterated the positive response to the partnership by saying, "It’s great to see Meskwaki Bingo Hotel Casino engaging new players and reaping the many benefits of an IGT powered retail sportsbook.”

He would go on to add, “The scalability of IGT’s PlaySports solution will enable Meskwaki to evolve its offerings in line with player demand and market opportunity, while continuing to provide localized offers, pricing and promotions.”
