WIlliam Hill US acquires CG Technology

The acquisition expands William Hill’s presence on the Las Vegas Strip.
William Hill US has completed its acquisition of CG Technology, formerly known as Cantor Gaming, following approval from regulators in Nevada.
The acquisition gives the operator four more sportsbooks on the Las Vegas Strip.
William Hill-branded sportsbooks are open at The Venetian Resort, The Palazzo Resort, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Silverton in Las Vegas.
William Hill US CEO Joe Asher said: “This acquisition further expands our footprint, giving us a bigger presence on the Las Vegas Strip at several world-renowned resorts.
“It’s a very exciting time for our company as we continue to grow and introduce our offerings to new customers.”
