Mohegan Entertainment secures #1 rankings in two different countries for its OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino and Mohegan Sun Arena for size.

Mohegan Entertainment has earned a number one ranking in Canada for the size of its Fallsview Casino Resort at Niagara Falls, which has also been nominated for an award from the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM).

Mohegan Sun Arena has also been ranked number one for its size in the US, earning Mohegan Entertainment two #1 spots for the size of its venues.

Mohegan is the owner, developer and manager of entertainment resorts in the US, Canada and Northern Asia.

CTV’s Canada’s Got Talent was the first to use the stage, shooting its upcoming season there, followed shortly by the grand opening of the venue, where Billy Joel hosted a sell-out performance.

Other household names who are yet to perform at the 5000-seat casino are acts such as: Billy Idol, Tom Jones, Donny Osmond and Rod Steward to name a few.

The Mohegan Sun Arena is also currently enjoying a record-setting run of 16 consecutive sell-outs which included performances from: Chris Young, Electric Light Orchestra Experience, Carrie Underwood, Marc Anthony, The Killers and more.

Back in February, with the assistance of UNLV Rebels and Cincinnati Bengals player Elbert 'Ickey' Woods, Betfred at Mohegan Sun Sportsbook made its launch and welcomed bettors.

Elsewhere, Mohegan joined Soloviev Group’s bid as the casino partner of Freedom Plaza in New York – also at the start of February.

Gaming America will analyse the upcoming New York bid in-depth, featuring an exclusive interview with Soloviev Group CEO Michael Hershman, who discusses the partnership with Mohegan.
