Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel installs QCI’s Enterprise Platform – Nimble Edition
The hotel President and CEO said the venue is excited to collaborate with QCI.
New York’s Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel has selected Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) to deploy its QCI Enterprise Platform – Nimble Edition. The casino said installation is currently underway, and teams will soon begin training to use the tool.
Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel President and CEO Henry Wojtaszek commented on the destination’s eagerness to work with QCI.
He said: “We are excited to begin using the QCI Enterprise Platform. As the platform rolls out, our staff will find new ways to enhance the customer experience here at Batavia Downs.
“We are looking forward to working alongside QCI’s knowledgeable team in developing a strategy that will help us continue to provide exceptional customer service and record-breaking revenues to our municipalities.”
QCI installs its configured software and real-time operational tools for both the gaming and hospitality industries. The company’s platform is currently utilized in more than 100 casino resorts throughout North America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
