The resort and casino now partners with five local teams, and has donated to four of the teams' charitable foundations.

Encore Boston Harbor, a Wynn Resort and casino located in Everett, Massachusetts, has begun a partnership with Major League Baseball (MLB) team, the Boston Red Sox.

The partnership begins just as spring training finishes and MLB’s 2023 season begins. The regular season is planned to run from March 30 to October 1 this year.

Encore adds the Red Sox to its group of partnerships with local teams that also includes: the NHL’s Boston Bruins, the NBA’s Boston Celtics, the NFL’s New England Patriots and the MLS’s New England Revolution.

The resort and casino house a sportsbook with over 100 WynnBet kiosks available throughout its property, featuring a 10-foot high, 123-foot wide video wall and over 70 TVs.

BetMGM also partnered with the Boston Red Sox earlier this year, which marked the first sports betting partnership for the baseball team. That partnership was just in time, as it was announced just before Massachusetts’ mobile sports betting launch.

Encore Boston Harbor also made $25,000 donations to the Red Sox Foundation, Shamrock Foundation, Boston Bruins Foundation and Patriots Foundation. There were commemorative check presentations with casino officials and mascots from the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots teams.

In a Facebook post, Encore Boston Harbor shared, “Now, fans of all of Boston’s favorite teams can enjoy special deals, perks and amenities at Encore.”

Troup Parkinson, EVP, Partnerships, Boston Red Sox, said, “The Red Sox are proud to team up with Encore Boston Harbor, an organization considered a staple by Boston residents and tourists alike, and revered for its active role in the greater Boston area community.”
