RESPONSIBLE GAMING, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATIVE GAMES, TOPICS OF THE ACADEMIC AGENDA GAT EXPO CARTAGENA 2023

To know the most recent guidelines of Coljuegos and the scope of the collective construction of the Responsible Gaming Policy in Colombia, will be the starting point of the rich academic agenda on Tuesday, March 28 in the Nueva Granada Hall of the Cartagena Las Americas Convention Center.

The conference is the prelude to the GAT Expo Cartagena 2023 exhibition in stands, which will be held on March 29-30 in the Santa Maria Hall of the same venue.

The protocol installation of this academic and commercial event, which is a reference in Latin America, will start at 10:00 (GMT-5) and will have the participation of the recently appointed President of Coljuegos, Roger Carrillo Campo, a delegate of the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission, the Gaming Regulator of Salta, Argentina and representatives of the governing entity of Panama. The presidents of the Colombian gaming associations, Fecoljuegos, Cornazar, Asojuegos and Fedelco will also present their welcome greetings to more than 200 businessmen and visitors. The CEO of Gaming & Technology Expo, José Aníbal Aguirre, will close the ceremony, declaring the GAT Expo Cartagena 2023 GAT Academy installed.

The training program includes the development of six specialized panels and five corporate conferences of great interest in diverse but related topics: responsible gaming, legal security of gaming in Colombia, the future of new games, tools to achieve integrity in sports betting, the current state of the casino industry, homologation, territorial gaming in Colombia, growth of the online market in authorized platforms and the opportunities offered by Esports.

Among the invited speakers and moderators are the Commercial Vice President of Coljuegos Henry García González, the president of Asojuegos, Juan Carlos Restrepo Escobar; the president of Cornazar, Elizabeth Maya Cano and the president of Fecoljuegos, Evert Montero Cárdenas, who will be in charge of guiding the development of the panels in which executives from leading companies such as Apostar Risaralda, GANA, EvenBet, MSI Gaming and BetPlay, Pragmatic Play, Premium Sponsor of GAT Expo 2023, among others, will participate.

On the other hand, corporate conferences will be addressed by industry entrepreneurs with worldwide operations such as Altenar, Play’n Go, Sportradar, Jumio, Cobre and Alfastreet, who will discuss topics related to the strategic approach in the Latin American market, the efficient management of electronic roulettes, secure betting and the future of poker in Colombia, among other topics.
