The criteria to gain recognition includes salary, work conditions and the potential for professional growth.

Hard Rock International has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Large Employers for 2023, earning a prestigious spot among other top-performing companies in the travel & leisure sector.

This marks the seventh time the Hard Rock brand has been recognized with this honor since 2015, and also placed in the travel & leisure category. This categorization shows that, outside of its casino operations, Hard Rock is renowned as an entertainment destination. In fact, it is the only global casino entertainment company listed in this category.

The list highlights companies that prioritize making their workplace a secure and prosperous environment for their employees. This placement comes on the back of Hard Rock's $100m investment in substantially raising the salary of its US workforce.

The wage increases the company has made will greatly impact 95 job classifications within the business.

Forbes compiles the 2023 list by surveying approximately 45,000 American employees that work for companies employing 1000+ staff. Participants in this survey were asked questions on a variety of work-related topics such as salary, work conditions, the potential for professional growth and their views on company image regarding their current employer.

This evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from respondents who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family. The final list evaluates the 500 large and 500 mid-size employers that received the most recommendations.

Hard Rock International SVP of Human Resources David Carroll commented: “As a global company, we deeply value the contributions made by our team members in the US and around the world. Our recent $100m investment into the wages and salaries of our US workforce is part of our ongoing efforts to honor and appreciate our team members.

"We are honored by this recognition and will never stop working on making Hard Rock a great place to work for all."
