Pace-O-Matic has announced the hiring of Paul Goldean as its new CEO, saying he will take this role on with immediate effect. Goldean now holds dual roles as both the CEO and President of the skill game manufacturing company.
Prior to joining Pace-O-Matic, Goldean held executive positions at several companies, including serving as CEO and Director for Scottish Re (a holding company based in Bermuda) and as Founder and CEO of Redline Global LLC (a disaster relief company). He has additionally served as a Director and C-Suite executive for other corporations.
Along with his professional accomplishments in business, Goldean served as a squad leader in the US Army’s 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.
Pace-O-Matic Chairman Michael Pace commented: “Our company’s success and rapid growth are due to Paul’s strategic leadership and management.
"He has assembled and led our team to firmly cement Pace-O-Matic’s status as the industry leader in skill game software development, distribution and sales. By expanding Paul’s role, I am confident our company’s future will be even brighter.”
Goldean reflected Pace’s enthusiasm at his appointment to the highest level of the company. He commented: “Under founder and Company Chairman Michael Pace, Pace-O-Matic is a company that has experienced unmatched growth.
“Michael has developed the most beloved, popular and profitable entertainment games in our nation’s history. I am honored to serve in this expanded role as we work to build upon the strong foundation that Michael has spent a career building.”
The company has been making several changes at the highest levels in recent months, appointing Frank Noonan to its board of directors in October 2022.
Like Goldean, Noonan also has experience in the armed services, beginning his career as a Combat Lieutenant with the US Marines during the Vietnam War.
