Grover Gaming becomes first licensed pull-cabinet supplier in Kentucky
The company passed compliance tests conducted on its Nitro 43” cabinet, carried out by Eclipse.
Grover Gaming has become the only manufacturer to receive certification for an electronic pull-tab cabinet in the state of Kentucky. This certification will enable Grover to begin placing these pull-tab style cabinets all across the Bluegrass State.
Compliance tests were conducted on Grover’s Nitro 43” cabinet by its licensed distributor Eclipse, a prominent US games manufacturer. Eclipse’s Compliance Testing team is based in Solon, Ohio and Grover passed its testing standards on all counts.
Fixed-base electronic pull-tab devices recently became legal in Kentucky pursuant to the passing of legislation 820 KAR 1:032. The 820 KAR bill ensured that the Kentucky Department of Charitable Gaming establishes proper standards for pull-tab construction, distribution, electronic pull-tabs and rules of play.
Grover Gaming develops game content, software and systems for lotteries and charitable organizations across ten states. These include New Hampshire, Kentucky, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Louisiana, Virginia and Ohio.
