The payments company will upgrade the BetSaracen sports betting app.

Global Payments Gaming Solutions has announced a partnership with Saracen Casino Resort, Arkansas, where it will implement a new payments platform. Global Payments will upgrade Saracen’s sports betting app – BetSaracen – to improve customers' purchasing experiences.

The payments company will integrate its VIP Preferred e-check network so the casino’s patrons can use online banking credentials to enroll in a speedier and simpler way.

Arkansas legalized sports betting through mobile channels and casinos in March 2022 and Saracen Casino has been a prominent sportsbook location in the Natural State ever since. Founded in 2019, the casino features an 80,000 square-foot gaming area including 1,800 slot machines, 40 table games and Arkansas’ only poker room.

BetSaracen will be the first mobile sports betting solution in Arkansas to integrate Global Payments payment technology. It promises to provide modern tech that keeps patrons’ information secure.

Global Payments President Christopher Justice is an active board member of the American Gaming Association and also a big advocate for responsible gaming. He believes compliance is imperative and ensures all partnerships allow for the greatest responsible gaming environments possible.

Justice commented: “Global Payments Gaming Solutions is always eager to create a positive and safe environment for mobile sports betting.

“With the capabilities of the industry-standard e-check network VIP Preferred, BetSaracen will continue to be the innovative and cutting-edge app for mobile sports betting in Arkansas.”

Saracen Casino Resort CMO Carlton Saffa reflected Justice’s enthusiasm. He said: “By leveraging innovative technology from Global Payments into our sports betting app, BetSaracen is providing our customers with the latest technology to keep personal information safe.

“Early in our mobile gaming development Global Payments provided us with a wide variety of gaming and payment options. We are confident that our partnership with Global Payments’ VIP Preferred will continue to create a seamless payment process that furthers our connection with our patrons.”
