Salsa Technology, an iGaming provider based in São Paulo, Brazil, has announced a new partnership with Weebet, a statistics software company. This move facilitates the expansion of Salsa’s third-party content output within Brazil.
Weebet is based in Recife, Brazil, and is a subsidiary company of Sportive, which specializes in sports betting analytics. Through this agreement, Salsa Gator – Salsa’s aggregator platform – will be allowed to offer its portfolio of games to all online casinos powered by the Weebet platform.
Salsa will benefit from the content provided by Weebet brands such as Mjrsports.com, Betei.bet and Alfasports.net, which will in turn gain access to Salsa’s video bingo games. These games include titles such as Cuca’s Swamp Bingo, Halloween Groove and Jogo dos Bichos Praia.
Salsa Head of Marketing & Sales Eliane Nunes commented: “Weebet shares our LatAm DNA and we couldn’t be happier to join forces. Our localized content is carefully curated for regional player preferences and Weebet is set to further expand our reach thanks to its array of brands it operates.”
The integration between these Brazilian brands will grant Weebet partners access to more than 70 third-party providers, including Habanero, Betsoft and 7Mojos.
Weebet CEO Lenildo Nogueira remarked: “We are privileged to initiate our partnership with Salsa Technology as there are multiple synergies between the two LatAm businesses. Salsa is in an unrivaled position with its localized offering and we cannot wait to share these engaging games with our partners.”
Salsa has been making strides in the LatAm betting market in recent months, launching the Group’s sports betting platform Salsa Sportsbook. In October 2022, it announced the installation of Diego Mourglia as the company’s CTO, who will be reclaiming this role.
He will use his expertise to drive Salsa’s LatAm expansion and develop its iGaming offerings.
