The deal leaves additional North American iLottery pursuits available for both parties.

Pollard Banknote has signed a joint venture operating agreement with NeoGames, regarding NeoPollard Interactive (NPI). The companies also amended their Michigan joint venture agreement.

Both deals are intended to “reinforce the long-term approach to ensure the continued success of NPI and accordingly, the operations of its customers.”

The amended agreement allows an option for Pollard and NeoGames to consider iLottery opportunities within North America’s market. This would be allowed as part of the joint venture, in partnership or as an independent endeavor.

NPI’s operator will remain unchanged as part of the current agreement. Its team will continue offering support, professional services and account management to its clientele.

Pollard Banknote Co-CEO Doug Pollard commented: "NPI has been the leader in the North American iLottery market since its creation 10 years ago and continues to generate significant value for its lottery clients.

“We are extremely pleased to reconfirm the commitment to our NPI joint customers and look forward to continuing long-term success with the completion of the agreements."

Pollard went on to add that the latest signing reenforces the duo’s ongoing successful relationship.

He said: "The signing of the agreements underlines the strong relationship we have had with NeoGames throughout the growth of NPI and the high level of commitment our team brings to our existing iLottery clients.

“The agreements further provide the flexibility for both joint venture parties' to pursue future iLottery opportunities within the joint venture or independently. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each opportunity."
