The organization selected Everi to provide anti-money laundering software to the province.

The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) has chosen Everi Holdings to support its online and gaming operators through the Everi Compliance anti-money laundering (AML) solution. The provider has deployed Everi Compliance in more than 600 gaming properties.

This agreement builds on the duo’s existing partnership. Everi currently provides the province with online slot content, as well as digital three-reel stepper products to BCLC’s PlayNow.com online casino.

The BCLC both conducts and manages bingo, casino and online gaming throughout the Canadian province of British Columbia.

Everi EVP and FinTech Business Leader Darren Simmons explained the need for the company to evolve to the changing dynamics of the industry, while continuing to meet the needs of players.

He said: "Everi is committed to adapting to customer needs as the industry changes and creates exciting new opportunities. BCLC has prioritized high levels of compliance as part of the continued expansion of their fast-growing gaming operations in casinos and online platforms across British Columbia.

“Our RegTech solutions are designed for a wide variety of applications, and we are proud to have been chosen to support BCLC's critical AML program."

Everi provides land-based and digital casino gaming content and products, as well as financial technology and player loyalty solutions.

The company develops gaming machines, gaming systems and content for both land-based and iGaming operators. It focuses on player engagement and assisting casino customers to operate more efficiently.

Everi Digital recently collaborated with NeoGames’ subsidiary Pariplay to expand Pariplay’s Fusion platform. Pariplay added several of Everi’s titles to its suite of online games, including Meltdown, Jackpot Inferno and Black Diamond.
