Churchill Downs Incorporated has recruited Andréa Carter, currently Chief Human Resources Officer at Global Payments, to the company's board of directors.
Carter, who has been at Global Payments since 2017, also boasts experience at Habitat for Humanity, Ralph Lauren and more across a varied career.
Carter brings over two decades of professional experience in human resources.
Meanwhile, in addition to the role of Chief HR Officer at Global Payments, Carter serves as a Senior Executive Vice President at the payments supplier.

Most recently, CDI combined with DraftKings to create a new DK Horse product.
