The group becomes the latest broadcaster to join the public service campaign.

Originally launched in 2019, the American Gaming Association's (AGA) Have A Game Plan campaign aligns the sports betting ecosystem around a common consumer education platform.

This year, VSiN The Sports Betting Network will become the latest broadcaster to join the AGA public service campaign.

VSiN’s General Manager Len Mead commented: "As the first sports media company dedicated to providing sports betting news and analysis, we believe that consumer education is core to VSiN’s strategy.

"We hope that partnering with AGA’s Have A Game Plan campaign will further this commitment with dedicated responsible gaming messages."

VSiN plans to activate the campaign through on-air public service announcements on digital channels, regional sports networks, and national and local radio.

VSiN owner DraftKings is also a member of the campaign after first announcing a collaboration with the American Gaming Association in June 2021.

AGA’s Vice President Strategic Communications and Responsibility Cait DeBaun said: "VSiN pioneered sports betting media and is a go-to source for new and experienced sports bettors alike.

"Meeting consumers where they are is critical to consumer education and we’re excited for Have A Game Plan to reach VSiN’s highly engaged audience."

The campaign itself focuses on the four principles of responsible wagering including setting a budget, keeping it to a form of social entertainment, knowing the odds and playing with legal, regulated operators.

The Have A Game Plan campaign has a long list of media partners including Barstool Sportsbook, BetMGM, BetPARX, DraftKings and others.

VSiN has newsroom studios in the sportsbooks at the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa and Circa Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
