Rush Street Gaming and Optx enter three-year partnership

The agreement will see Optx bring its real-time insights to Rush Street Gaming and its five land-based casinos.

Optx has agreed to bring all of Rush Street Gaming's casino's data sources into a single platform, overseeing all five of the operator's land-based casinos over the next three years. 

Rush Street will use Optx modules including Player Development, Player Development AI and Connect. These products are designed to increase host team productivity, improve player loyalty and streamline communications.

"Rush Street Gaming's selection of the Optx platform for player development demonstrates Optx's position as the market-leading solution for casino operators, and we are proud of how our product continues to prove its dynamic features and functionality increase productivity and profitability for enterprise operations and small properties alike."

Rush Street Gaming and its affiliates have developed and operate the Rivers Casino located in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They also have casinos in Des Plaines, Illinois and Schenectady, New York.

Rush Street Gaming CEO Tim Drehkoff commented: "We were seeking a player development solution that contained advanced operational functionality for hosts and managers yet was simple to install and easy to use.

"The Optx platform is exactly what we were looking for and will equip our host teams with an efficient new resource to best serve our guests."

At the moment, Rush Street's casinos employ approximately 5,000 team members and generate over $1.7bn in annual gaming revenue. 

Optx is a Las Vegas-based tech company that focuses on consolidating all of a casino's data sources.
