The former Turner Inc. President is known in the industry as an influential executive.

Former Turner Inc. President David Levy will join SimWin Sports, a virtual sports league company, as both an advisory board member and team owner. His duties include providing the company with “invaluable insights” and contributing to the property’s future within the metaverse.

Levy has served for 32 years with Turner and has made significant contributions to the world of sports broadcasting.

SimWin CEO David Ortiz described Levy’s addition to the team as “wonderful” and said the company is confident he will perform in the role.

He commented: “Levy’s commitment to SimWin as both a team owner and advisory board member shows the confidence he has in us as a company building the future of digital sports.

“David is another wonderful addition to what was already shaping up to be a powerhouse roster of leadership at SimWin, and we’re grateful to have him as an advisor and owner.

"He has helped shape the modern sports media industry, so to have him on board to accelerate the convergence of video games, real-money gaming, and Web3 is an honor for all of us here at SimWin.”

Levy said he is excited to offer his contributions to the company: “The work being done at SimWin is groundbreaking. I’m of course pleased to be able to contribute to the company in its early stages as it continues to expand, but I’m even more excited to be advising on this as a metaverse property.”

SimWin Sports provides fantasy sports fans with access to a virtual league that allows players to watch games, make predictions and earn rewards.
